Before purchasing or redeeming a voucher, please take a moment to read through the terms below — they’re here to make sure everything runs smoothly and that your experience with Gemma Melton Photography is relaxed, enjoyable and fair for everyone.
In the following terms and conditions, “the Photographer” refers to Gemma Melton trading as Gemma Melton Photography. “The Client(s)” refers to the person or persons using the photographic services of Gemma Melton Photography. These terms and conditions cannot be varied in any way unless expressly agreed by the Photographer in writing.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Your voucher must be presented at the time of booking (via photo, email or in person) to verify that you are the voucher holder.
Sessions will take place at a time and location agreed upon with the photographer.
Studio sessions are held at the Gemma Melton Photography studio in South Staffordshire.
Outdoor sessions can be arranged at an agreed location within 10 miles of Cannock or South Staffordshire; travel fees may apply beyond this.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and sessions must be booked and completed within that time.
Vouchers are valid only for the photographic services or products described on the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other services and can only be used once.
Gemma Melton Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers; replacements may be issued at the photographer’s discretion.
Damaged or altered vouchers may not be accepted.
Vouchers cannot be used with any other offer and are non-transferable.
Vouchers must not be resold or used in unauthorised promotions, giveaways or competitions. Any voucher suspected of unauthorised use may be cancelled.
All voucher holders must sign a standard photography contract before any services are provided.
Gemma Melton Photography reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Each voucher entitles the holder to one photography session as detailed on the voucher or website description.
Holders may upgrade their package at the viewing stage; the value of the voucher will be credited towards the upgrade.
When upgrading, the client forfeits any items included in the original package — only the upgraded package items will be received.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering and cannot be cancelled due to the bespoke nature of photographic products.
